Question for the Japan server players..

Is this a feature you decide to add on your own? Because next year I don't want it It's really distracting and it's impossible to play in my opinion...

edit: I wanted to use the red text link thingy but it doesn't work, so basically this is one of the many videos this appears in ( it's by Mihaya Gaming ), and also I got my answers it is removable...
