Okay, Y'all asked for explanations about why I hate Rokka/Lock and Chisato, so here we go. This one will only be for Rokka, because there's not enough space for Chisato. But anyways, on to the topic. Rokka I feel like has that type of, like shy girl personalty. And... I hate that personality type so much. I just feel like it's so annoying. I was originally going to put Rokka in the "Meh" category, but I disliked her enough that she got her own ranking. But that will never stop me from loving her cards. After all, she was my first JP 4 Star. And If she is your favorite character, (or is Chisato is) I still respect your opinion :) (She's kinda cute tho, especially in this photo. The more I'm typing this, the more I'm starting to love Rokka. I will edit the tier. In fact, the tier might change very often.)
