pulled this gorgeous rinko from a 3*+ ticket - actually my first time getting a 4 star from one of these tickets! i've used them a lot and always get 3 stars so when i saw the rainbow lights i was delighted hehe plus i've always wanted a 4 star rinko because i think she gets the BEST cards aaaah
