So, i haven't done one of these in a while, i'm not sure you remember, but i made a post comparing Kanan Matsuura and Kanon Matsubara (love live & bang dream) but now, It's time for Honkai Impact 3rd and Bandori!

On the left is Eve Wakamiya (bandori) and on the right is Kiana Kaslana (Honkai Impact 3rd). They both have white hair with two braids and they both have blue eyes, they also have high pitched voices. (Kiana, i'm sorry your picture isn't good quality)
