Hello, I’ve not had much success with passing experts, reason for that is when it gets intense and I need to click a lot my left hands wrist starts to hurt and then tenses up (right hand is the dominant one) becomes incredibly hard to click.

I’m a thumb player have you got any suggestions or tips if yes please leave a comment, thank you and if you have the same problem like the comment I would appreciate it plus I would find out if I’m the only one like that or not XD.
