Hello! I had a relatively easy time at the United Airlines CCS Terminal recently. Even when I had a last-minute baggage problem, the staff was incredibly patient and the check-in booths were well-organized. Navigation was stress-free thanks to the excellent signs and swift security. Before boarding, I relaxed and got a coffee at a local café. Overall, the terminal was a quiet, tidy place, albeit it could need more charging outlets. Despite the hectic early flight, I was impressed by the gate agents' friendliness. It's a good terminal if you're flying with United out of Caracas!
