I said this in a comment but it probably makes more sense to post it here, so let your friendly neighbourhood German weigh in here for a second wrt "Einsatz" in the new Monika event title

it's a word that can be used for several things. it can indeed mean something like dedication and commitment, but my first thought was "wager" like in a bet. it's also used for military missions. it can even mean "use", like the use of a tool ...

however, after a bit of googling in Japanese cause as I was writing this I realised it may just be a loanword, it turns out that the thing they're most likely going for is the musical / theatrical use of it, which most closely resembles "cue". basically, the moment someone's performance starts!

so if I had to translate this as anything, it'd be "(our) cue for a new journey".
