Ok, so Sayo, Kaoru, Tae, Touko, and someone else. I think Touko will be the other 4*, since there are butterflies around the logo. I'm also assuming the event will be powerful
Edit: Moca may also be in this event, since the teal-ish guitar looks more like her image colour
Card predictions: I'm gonna assume Kaoru is the event 2*, powerful type since her last powerful one was 2 years ago.
Tae and Moca will be the 3*s. Tae may be in the gacha, since her last gacha 3 star was in January (toy event). Moca may be the event 3 star, since she only has 2
