HAPPY BIRTHDAY TSUGUMI!!!

Thanks for being so Tsugurific and keeping the band together— and for starting Afterglow! Without you, I wouldn’t have my band and I would instead have to idolize HaroHapi! (Not like that’s a bad thing, I already idolize them anyway.)

I couldn’t pick a costume for her at first, and it was between her Valentines Day costume, starry costume, and Y.O.L.O. costume, and Comic Panic costume, but I finally decided on Comic Panic because it looked the most fun to draw! ;)
