decided to try this challenge, so here I go!

Day One: Favorite Girl- Kanon Matsubara

Is this a surprise to anyone? She's been on my team literally since I started, was the character I spent that starter 3* ticket thing on, and is the very first character I ever tried drawing from the game (and was my most-drawn for a while, but I think Tsugumi might have her beaten on that now because she's my current margins-doodle character).

I knew from the moment I started I really liked Hello, Happy World!, so I started off focusing on their story. And quickly enough, Kanon stole my heart. She's cute, she's incredibly sweet, does her best job to handle being in such a chaotic band (and she's doing great with it!), and despite not usually being my favorite type of character (my preferences tend to be the tough girls, lol), she absolutely earned herself that top spot.

Plus, she's the second event 4* I understood I got (I was clueless as I was starting and didn't realize the Aya I had gotten was the luminous once more Aya because I started at the end of that event and didn't understand anything but got lucky without realizing just how lucky I was, because hey, I had just gotten an event card, but I didn't know that!), from the luckiest moment I've ever had. I did one 10-play for the pirate event, and got both Misaki and Kanon, with like one card in between them. So I just had to use that card to make a lil edit for this! I'll try and do this for most days where it's possible to? Probably not tomorrow, because if you've seen some of my other posts, you probably know who it is, and I'm not putting that kind of effort to make an edit for her.

With this event, i think it is safe to say that the next Christmas Gacha will be Roselia with Rinko limited 4* (hopefully)

I gotta say, Roselia as a band have been growing on me quite quickly recently. I would say I don't know why, but it's probably with Summer Roselia and their manga. Now that I'm less of a big, stupid child, I can better appreciate them as a whole.

But I don't think anyone in Roselia that's grown on me more than Sayo has. I can't ever describe what goes through my head but one day I thought "...I REALLY like Sayo..." and it's true the more I think about it. I like her even more than Hina at this point.

By the way, I don't think I properly expressed myself when I made that image of (cat) Hina on Sayo because that made me so happy when it worked and made me squeal so much as I was adjusting Hina.

I am going somewhere with this, and it's got to do with me being a big, stupid child. I'm at the point where it's been a year since I read through event stories and as I was thinking back, I realised that "Umbrella for the Autumn Rain" is an event that I don't remember at all. Yes, of course I remember that moment with Hina where -SPOILERS you know what I'm talking about if you've read the story- but I don't remember any kind of thoughts that I had throughout that entire story. It's a complete void spot in my memory, and my long term memory is very good (just selective).

Come 12th October, it'll be a year since that event started. I've always talked (no, I've probably only thought, I don't think I've been vocal) about wanting to re-read the story because Sayo/Hina and to find my opinion. I think it's about time I do.

And I would love to see a event that lets us see how their relationship used to be when they were younger. That's my all-time dream event story.

Oh, yeah, forgot to mention.

Sayo Hikawa is my favourite Roselia character, and my 5th favourite character overall.
