Day Eighteen: Favorite Afterglow Cover- ???

with two FMA songs, do you really think I could pick a favorite, especially when they're some of my overall favorites from the series? But they're not the only songs that'll be here.

This song is my JAM! An english cover of it was also my favorite song for a couple weeks almost exactly a year ago too. When I realized it was in the game, I freaked out and instantly bought it. And afterglow does a fantastic job with it! I'll admit I didn't realize Tomoe did the echo at first until it hit me that it didn't make sense for Ran to be doing it when she's still going and the only person in the band who could do it was Tomoe, but y'know what, it's great that she does it.

Shunkan Sentimental

Another of my favorite FMA songs! While I don't think the afterglow cover is as good as the original, it's still very good and considering this is my overall favorite FMA ending, I can't not love it. I haven't listened to this as much as the others here since I can't play it yet, but at least as of now it's solidly a favorite.

The Lost One's Weeping

I've never heard the original of this but I'm just completely in LOVE with this version. Ran's vocals here are just... WOW. Absolutely mind-blowing. Who let her be able to sing so incredibly well and with that INTENSITY here?

Day Nineteen: Favorite Pasupare Cover- Sobakasu

I was... weirdly hesitant to play this song at first. I don't know why, I played it like twice and then not again for a while. But it being a challenge song made me pick it up again (after not wanting to play phantom thief and having played shin takarajima a few too many times), and then I realized "wait, why haven't I been playing this, it's great!"

It's a very nice song, plus the expert beatmap is SUPER FUN! It's basically the only song I'll choose expert on with no hesitation right now. It's also one of few expert levels I've played, and the only one I've ever gotten a full combo on (with an annoyingly high amount of "I made it to the back and forth holds at the end and slides and just barely missed ONE during it" before it happened).
