me being a couple of hours late for these is already turning into a trend. I didn't even mean to participate in this one, but I had to ........

I should long be asleep so only bullet points, from left to right, summarising them in very short descriptions:

Saitou Aguri (HOP✩STEP♡DREAM)

high school 1st yr
grew up sheltered by overprotective parents
now living with Kaguya
inexperienced, shy, doesn't do well on her own, but wants to become more independent

Hiiragi Mae (Sirenity)

high school 3rd yr (but repeated a year in junior high school and is therefore a year older than the other 3rd yrs)
main heir of the powerful Hiiragi lineage
doesn't get along with her parents, considers the staff of the shady karaoke club she frequents as well as Sirenity her family
arrogant, extremely rude, but naturally very empathetic (though she really does not want to be)

Hanami Ikuto (*KALEIDOSKOPE.)

university 1st yr, studying music
very talented songwriter, doesn't care as much about singing
joined Kaleidoskope late and is now struggling to fill the void Rinto left
friendly and social, though soft-spoken, has a lot of friendly acquaintances and few close friends

Inoue Rinto (aurora aurea)

20yo, works at a radio station
Kaleidoskope's previous vocalist and songwriter, left them after a falling-out
plays the bass alongside singing, though he only started doing that with aurora
eloquent, charismatic, very polite, but manipulative and doesn't care much about others in the grand scheme of things

Happy hagu day everyone! I sadly didn’t have the energy to draw her today, which is disappointing because she’s my favorite character in the game... but at least I have this haguyuki drawing of them in their miku collab outfits from a couple days ago!

Anyway, hagu. I can’t believe I hated her at first, and almost entirely because of her design like... she’s so cute? What did past me have against her? But now I love this little orange ball of sunshine so much, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. She might be a bit of a dummy at times, but she’s so empathetic and sweet and I’m glad I took the time to read through every event with her (out of a bit of curiosity to learn her nicknames for everyone I could find) because it made me realize just how good she is.

So I’m sorry I couldn’t properly just draw a hagu on her own, but I hope a haguyuki and a whole lot of love in text makes up for it!

hOo here’s bandtober day one!! and bear with me I couldn’t make a cool logo because my digital art belongs in the trash so

Introduction/Key Visual

Band Name: MeZaMeRu

Band Icon: (I’ll post it in the comments hold on)

Band Colors: [color=#f6b26b] orange [/color] and [color=#b4a7d6] light purple [/color]

Members/Roles: Vo. Nakamura Yoru, Gt. Matsumoto Chikyuu, Ba. Hoshizora Mittsuami, Dr. Sasaki Ei, DJ Onishi Mirai

Band Theme: morning and night vibes, and for music kinda pop, maybe melodic/symphonic metal? (thanks RyougiKyo)

And for the story (still kinda in progress): A high school girls band formed by Matsumoto Chikyuu purely from her love of music and girl bands. after hearing Mittsuami play bass, she was inspired to fully devote to creating her own band (i guess i’m running out of ideas :’)) aaaHhh and uhm their goal as MeZaMeRu is to be a unique sound that the world hasn’t hear before, and open their eyes to it. i think that’s where “awaken” comes in (yknow how you literally open your eyes when you wake up)

bandtober is inspiration for me to actually work on MZMR because they’ve sat alone for a while, but this is what I have for now :3
